Do you bring all the equipment to do the job?

Unfortunately our cleaners are using public transport and they are not able to bring any equipment. If you wish, however, your professional can bring her own detergents every time at a small extra charge.

What is the earliest/latest slot for your cleaning services?

Our professionals working days varies but usually they are starting from 8:00 up until 21:00 latest finishing time. Please, note that we also work during weekends and on holidays.

Can I trust the cleaner and provide her with a key to access my property?

Of course. All cleaners are with full criminal check and trusted to perform their duties. As you will notice we regularly ask you for feedback so we can monitor their work with you. We monitor their job performance and provide them with your specific instructions if you cannot be present during the service.

What is the difference between a one off cleaning and a domestic cleaning?

A regular domestic cleaner will visit your home every week or fortnight (or even daily) everything depends on your needs. One Off Cleaning session in most of the cases if one time visit where the professional has never been at your property before.

Important thing is when booking a one-off domestic clean, it is important to book enough time so that the cleaning team can get into all the nooks and crannies, behind that bookcase and washing machine and inside your cupboards.

What happens if my regular cleaner falls sick?

Don’t worry. We will arrange for a substitute cleaner to execute the service for as long as they need to.

Are the cleaners fully checked prior to joining your team?

Each cleaner is interviewed in person and background checked for your peace of mind.

How can I cancel my appointment?

We kindly ask you to inform us about your change of plans at least 24 hours prior your appointment.

Do I need to be at home during a cleaning service?

No. If you book a regular cleaning service with us something what most of our clients do, is to leave a key in a secure lockbox. You can provide us with a list of instructions how to find and how to unlock it, so we can pass them to our professional cleaners.
